International Students have become a key part of Lenawee Christian School, broadening the perspective of our students and faculty. During the years, we have had dozens of students from South Korea, Germany, Poland, China, Hong Kong, Canada, and Denmark enrolled at our school. International students are fully integrated into the student population and most live with host families that have children in the school. Our goal is to give them a complete educational experience.
Lenawee Christian has been in operation since 1977. We are a Christian school with a biblical foundation focused on influencing our students for life. Our student population is approximately 600 from preschool through twelfth grade. Small class sizes allow personalized attention that heightens the ability of our students to learn. We have one of the best private school facilities in the nation and our test scores are well above state and national averages. More than 90% of our students go on to college, many with unique scholarship opportunities only available to LCS graduates. Our students get a well rounded education focused not only in academics, but also on drama, music, athletics, spiritual formation, and community service.
Adrian, Michigan is 45 miles southwest of Ann Arbor, home of the University of Michigan. It is a town of approximately 20,000 people with many of the conveniences of major U.S. cities. For Tuition and Schedule of fees for international students for the 2012/2013 school year, please email us at admissions@lenawee.org. We generally deal directly with International Students and their families rather than going through placement services in order to provide the lowest cost possible.
