Position: Serve to Save Campus Coordinator/Administrative Assistant
Classification: Full-time hourly
Reports to: Elementary Principal & Head of School
To serve, to know and to have a heart for the ministry, mission and vision of Lenawee Christian School. This position will report to the Elementary Principal and head of school and will perform general office responsibilities as well as serve as a cross trained representative of the Serve to Save Agreement Coordinator.
- Coordinate volunteers and scheduling
- Develop process and procedures improvements
- Work with all parents and students that have needs in the elementary area
- Process purchase orders for elementary and head of school
- Assist Elementary Administrative Assistant with daily tasks
- Other duties as assigned by the Elementary Principal and head of school
- Exhibit a deep and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Good organizational skills
- Positive interpersonal skills and a team player
- Familiar with use of software programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel
