Position Summary:

As an Evening Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the late afternoon-evening operations of the Cafe. Your primary objective is to ensure the smooth functioning of the establishment, provide excellent customer service, and drive profitability. You will lead a team of employees and maintain high standards in all areas.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for overseeing late afternoon and evening operations of the café.

Qualifications:

·         Christian Faith:

·         Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

·         Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life.

·         Educational Background/Experience:

·         Experience in supervisory role within food industry

·         Strong leadership to effectively manage a team and encourage a positive work environment

·         Obtain/Maintain a current Food Handlers Card

·         High energy, organized, efficient and friendly personality

·         Must be at least 18 years of age
